Production Process

Raw materials with particle sizes below 700mm enter the NFLG crushing production line through forklifts. The forklift pours the raw materials into the jaw crusher feed bin. A grate feeder is set up under the feed bin to transport large-size aggregates to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Small-size particles pre-screened by the grate bars are transported to the muck mesh to remove soil. The clean aggregate after removing the slag is combined with the aggregate after jaw crushing, and is transported to the cone crusher transition bin through a belt conveyor. At the same time, the belt conveyor is equipped with a self-unloading iron remover, which can perfectly protect the cone crusher.

 

 

Subsequently, the cone crusher transition bin feeds the cone crusher evenly through the vibrating feeder at the bottom of the chamber. The aggregate enters the cone crusher for crushing to further reduce the aggregate particle size; the aggregate is then divided into three types of aggregates: 0-5mm, 5-40mm and greater than 40mm through a circular vibrating screen. The 0-5mm aggregates are sent to the back-end material warehouse through the belt conveyor; the 5-40mm aggregates are sent to the sand making warehouse, among which the 20-31.5mm aggregates can also choose to enter the back-end material warehouse; the aggregates larger than 40mm are sent to the back-end material warehouse. The returned material continues to be fed into the cone crusher to be crushed again.

 

 

The aggregates below 40mm in the sand making transition bin are fed through the frequency conversion belt conveyor at the bottom of the silo, and sent to the shaping equipment by the raw material belt conveyor for crushing. The aggregate crushed by the shaping equipment enters the vibrating screen from the chute for screening, and the aggregate is screened into five grades of finished aggregate: 0-3mm, 3-10mm, 10-15mm, 15-26mm and >26mm; among which, The 26mm+ aggregate is returned to the shaping equipment for secondary crushing. The 0-3mm aggregate is mixed and moistened in the moisturizer, and the 3-10mm, 10-15mm, and 15-26mm aggregates are sprayed to reduce the powder content of the aggregate, and sent to the finished product warehouse via a belt conveyor. Each aggregate transfer point and dust point on the production line are sealed with negative pressure to prevent dust from flying. In addition, the aggregates sent to the finished product warehouse are uniformly humidified, effectively avoiding dust from blanking.
