The 131st China Import and Export Fair was held online from April 15 to 24. With the theme of "Connecting Domestic and International Dual Circuits", the fair attracted about 25,500 domestic and foreign exhibitors. On April 16, NFLG presented its newly developed and designed Q7 ready-mix concrete plant.

Q7 is the abbreviation of Quick Erection 7, which means 7 days quick installation. The models include HZS50-Q7, HZS75-Q7, and HZS120-Q7, with the production capacity of 50-120m3/h. They are modularized in design and shipped after pre-assembly at the factory. Short installation and commissioning time, fast production, suitable for small and medium-sized projects with small sites and close distances.
The mixer adopts double spiral blades to mix efficiently and quickly, which can significantly shorten the production cycle while saving energy and protecting the environment, which is more in line with the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".
The whole plant adopts PLC and IPC to control the production fully automatically. The production data can be recorded and synchronized to the Internet and mobile APP to achieve numerical production and 24/7 instant monitoring.
NFLG Q7 ready-mix concrete plant adopts a modular design, with all the batching, conveying, measuring and mixing systems preassembled, effectively reducing the volume of shipping and at the same time reducing the floor space, facilitating quick installation and commissioning on site, significantly reducing the need for foundation construction and lifting on site, while taking into account the setting of multiple dust removal points to achieve energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection.
7 days fast installation. Compared with traditional mixing plant equipment, it can significantly reduce the project construction cycle by more than 75% and accelerate the customer's capital return.
