The wet vertical shaft impact crusher adds a crusher anti-blocking system and a rotor water erosion resistant design based on the working principle of the dry vertical shaft impact crusher. Using the stone-on-stone principle, the aggregate is accelerated by the rotor and hits the crushing chamber at high speed, ensuring the crushing ratio and product particle shape; when the moisture content of the aggregate changes, the water inlet of the crusher anti-blocking system is adjusted to avoid crusher blockage and thus ensures the crushing ratio and processing volume; the special water erosion resistant rotor design effectively improves the rotor's water erosion and wear resistance, thereby increasing the rotor's service life.

The crushing chamber and the discharging trough are equipped with anti-blocking devices

According to the moisture content of the feed, the water intake of the anti-blocking system is adjusted to avoid crusher blockage and rotor locking, reduce rotor wear, and ensure stable production of the equipment

The rotor is resistant to water erosion and is suitable for wet washing crushing process, which increases the service life of the rotor and reduces the maintenance cost of the equipment

Increase the content of fine particles (0.6~0.15mm), reduce the loss of fine particles, and improve the grading of finished products
