18th May 2009 year the cement and asphalt sand mortar mixing equipment for Slab ballastless track developed commonly by China Railway 17 Bureau Group and NFLG passed strict examination of expert group from railway minister and industrial administration center and was officially conferred with application permit in construction of express railway.
16th and 17th May in Shenzhen port experimental worksite of China Railway 17 Bureau Group expert group examined the result of motion, mixing and pouring of sand mortar mixing equipment of 400L double horizontal shaft mixer and 800L vertical shaft planetary mixer of NFLG. 18th May the last experiment of exposure of slab war carried out. After completion of experiments expert group proceeded to listen report of Development and research report of NFLG cement and asphalt sand mortar mixing equipment for Slab ballastless track, examined technical properties of the equipment in accordance with regulation in temporary technical requirements on manufacture of cement and asphalt sand mortar mixing equipment for Slab ballastless track and drew final expertise conclusion: Documents provided by NFLG are full, data detailed and truthful and properties in compliance with regulation of mentioned above requirements.The experiment result totally satisfies requirements of construction of Slab ballastless track. The different sub-systems of the equipment such as balancing, dosage, mixing, hydraulics, electrics, power supply, motion and cleaning all meets relevant requirements and both of static and dynamic experiments qualified.
This experiment and technological examination also attracted lots of supervisors and experts from construction titles and NFLG passed experiment and earned their approval.
