Russia's vast geography, severe winter conditions and limited construction windows place demanding requirements on asphalt mixing equipment. Reliable production, energy efficiency and consistent mix quality are essential to keeping major road projects on schedule.

The NFLG LBG3000 Asphalt Mixing Plant is designed to meet these challenges. Applied in Russia, the plant delivers a rated capacity of up to 240 t/h and combines modular construction with efficient drying, an oil-and-gas dual-fuel burner and a high-performance screening system. Fuel consumption can be as low as 6.0 kg/t, while screening efficiency reaches more than 95%, supporting stable production and efficient operation.

To meet the specific requirements of the local road construction market, NFLG also provided a customized wood-fiber dosing system to improve the rutting resistance, crack resistance and durability of asphalt mixtures.
