Project spotlight: Eco-friendly Mobile Concrete Mixing Plant in Xinjiang

HZSY series eco-friendly mobile concrete mixing plant has become the ideal choice for many engineering projects due to its flexibility and eco-friendly features. Recently, another set of HZSY series mixing plant was successfully commissioned in Xinjiang.

To meet the needs of projects with short construction periods and frequent site changes, HZSY series mixing plant adopts a modular design with foldable support legs. All production functional units are highly integrated onto a mobile platform, significantly shortening the equipment installation and commissioning time.

Moreover, HZSY series utilizes advanced dust removal technology, ensuring that dust emissions during production are well below national standards, and noise pollution is effectively controlled.

The compact and rational design of the HZSY series integrates most of the functions onto a single trailer chassis, making it not only easy to move but also simple to install. Functions such as material aggregation, weighing, lifting, and mixing are fully integrated. The project requires only two personnel, and within six days, all tasks— including the main installation, silo installation, spiral lifting, water and power connections, and electrical commissioning—can be completed, allowing for rapid production startup.

The compact structure of HZSY series greatly reduces the footprint compared to static mixing plants. It only requires ground hardening at the site, significantly reducing site requirements. Additionally, silos can be equipped with optional steel structure foundations, and the base steel frames are lock-connected, allowing for easy disassembly and transfer. Its unique structural design also facilitates transportation and storage, further lowering logistics costs.
