Nuclear power concrete is subject to strict quality control throughout the entire process from raw material selection, production, pouring to maintenance to ensure that the quality of concrete meets the standards 100%. Under high-standard management and control, the quality of concrete required for nuclear power engineering construction is relatively high. In addition to strength, impermeability and corrosion resistance, the design requirements also have strict standards and requirements for controlling crack development, concrete durability, mix ratio, etc. Therefore, the overall performance of the mixing equipment, especially the weighing system, mixing capacity, control system, reliability and stability, is more stringent, and the corrosion resistance of the equipment structure is required to be at least 10 years.

In view of the characteristics and requirements of nuclear power concrete, NFLG has carried out a comprehensive upgrade in the design of the mixing plant, and made corresponding technical adjustments to key components, especially logistics storage, conveying system, weighing system, control system, environmental protection dust collection system, etc., to meet the special requirements of nuclear power concrete.
