NFLG V7 dry sand making plant can effectively utilize key technologies such as vertical shaft impact crushing and air screening . It adopts a five-hole rotor structure and cooperates with the gap adjustment between the rotor blow bar and the annular liner. Based on "stone hitting stone" , the centrifugal crushing principle effectively improves the shape of finished sand particles and increases the generation of fine aggregates by crushing, shaping and grinding the raw materials entering the crusher; combined with air screening technology, it completes the gradation of oversized particles, finished sand and stone powder. Thus process maximize the screening efficiency. Through intelligent control, the fineness modulus of the finished sand is adjustable and the quality of the finished sand is guaranteed to be stable; combined with a large pulse dust collector for centralized dust collect of the entire plant, not only can the finished product be effectively controlled, the content of stone powder in the sand also allows the system to operate in a closed negative pressure environment to prevent dust from overflowing.
