The LBNZ counter-flow integrated asphalt mixing plant is a new generation of high-proportion hot-recycling energy-saving and environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plant newly developed by NFLG. It has sufficient heat exchange, special recycling system design, and have up to 70% of recycling addition ratio. The original and recycling integrated design structure is quick to install. The recyclables falls into the mixer directly without adhesives. Designed with a large mixture storage bin at the bottom, and the finished product trolley can move in both directions. It realizes the functions of original, high ratio recycling addition, foamed asphalt, cold addition of recycled fine materials and more.

Cold aggregate bin

The belt feeder can be frequency-controlled according to output settings and ratio requirements.

The sand bin is equipped with internal vibration arch breaking and air cannon arch breaking devices, eliminating the need for manual digging of materials.

Configured with sound and light alarm function for material shortage.

Vibration screen

The vibration screen shell is covered with insulating rock wool for noise reduction and heat preservation.

The vibration motor directly drives the screen body, with high transmission efficiency, maintenance-free and long life.

Screening efficiency ≥95%, screen tension can be identified, easy to operate.

Hot aggregate bin

Each bin is equipped with a continuous material level meter and a temperature sensor is installed in the sand bin.

Configured with online sampling port, safe and convenient.

The discharge door is a long and short double door design with coarse and fine discharge functions.

Mixer

High-speed flexible synchronous drive, three-dimensional mixing, high mixing efficiency.

Wear-resistant blades and liners imported from Sweden, super wear-resistant.

Interfaces reserved for adding thermal regeneration, wood fiber, foam asphalt, etc.

Counter flow drying drum

The recycled material temperature is higher, the exhaust gas temperature is lower, energy saving and high thermal efficiency.

Heating with furnace hot air for uniform heating; waste heat recovery, energy saving and consumption reduction.

RAR addition ratio can reach up to 100%.

Intelligent CNC burner

The system intelligently adapts to the combustion modes of different working conditions and oil products, making it worry-free and efficient.
