Real plant working with great confident

This morning, NFLG hold the first activity of real plant working at site for the V7 series dry type sand making plant. It becomes the focus of the whole exhibition. As the only real plant working for sand making plant, NFLG has enough confident with its green, sand making efficiency and intelligent etc. V7 sand making plant shows its dust free, low noise, low vibrating, good shape of sand, stable and continuous grading of sand, and get FM controllable due to the intelligent control. Combine with dust collecting technology; it can control the powder content in the finished sand. It illustrates the power of NFLG coal advantages and professional high quality products.

Furthermore, NFLG shows the foamed asphalt machine working at the second floor of asphalt mixing plant. Foamed asphalt test machine may ensure optimal foaming results based on asphalt foaming technology and developed experimental equipment. Generally speaking, to achieve a good covering between bitumen and aggregate, the expending rate and half-life period are two evaluating factors for the quality of foamed asphalt. This time NFLG uses No. 70 normal bitumen for testing, the foaming temperature is 140~150℃ with moisture 2.5~3%. The expanding rate of 25 times and half-time period of 40 seconds after testing, which shows the good foaming result of bitumen and the advanced technologies of NFLG for foamed bitumen.

In addition, NFLG vertical shaft planetary mixer show is also the most important and concerned technology for many customers. This product shows the advanced and leading technology at concrete mixing industry. It adopts new design countercurrent planetary double direction mixing and integrated countercurrent reducer driving system, high efficiency mixing meets the requirements for different strength of concrete. This product already applied in the high strength concrete mixing and PC precast concrete producing and wins a lot of praises for NFLG.
