NFLG Stationary Crushing Line in Guangdong Completed Commissioning and Now Discharging


A building material company in Puning City is a local benchmark enterprise. The factory covers an area of about 20,000 square meters. In terms of technology, the company has its own professional R & D technical team with strong technical strength.

The cooperation between the customer and NFLG started 10 years ago. In 2011, the customer first purchased two HZS180 mixing plants from NFLG, which have been in long-term use with stable production and reliable quality, and then purchased a ready mix concrete plant.

The customer has been deeply involved in concrete production for many years and is well aware of the importance of fine sand and gravel aggregates to overall industry. In order to enhance industrial comprehensive competitiveness, in 2021, the customer purchased NFLG S3-1545 dry sand making equipment, NFLG intelligent stationary crushing production line FCP200-250, FBT4500 tower type dry mortar production line, etc., which effectively contributed to the industrial pattern of trinity of fine sand making, ready-mixed mortar and commercial concrete.

At present, the installation and commissioning of crushing and screening production line on site has been completed. The customer is very satisfied with the use of equipment and produced stone material. To further serve the customer, NFLG has committed to assist in supporting its production of 20,000 tons of finished material. In the production, NFLG realized the guidance to the customer in various aspects such as equipment technology and daily use.

With the increasing requirements of environmental protection, the requirements of sand and gravel production line are also increasing. NFLG has customized the design of production yard for customers, which solves the difficulties of site construction such as complicated arrangement of customers' material pipeline. The production line is equipped with high efficiency pulse central dust collection system, single point dust collection system, finished sand humidification system and sprinkler system, which effectively prevent dust spillage and ensure the centralized dust emission in the plant is less than 20 mg/cubic meter.

The on-site intelligent stationary crushing production line consists of A5S jaw crusher, VC1300 cone crusher, inclined screen, soil removal screen, dust collector and other comprehensive components. With the concept of advocating green, ecological, low-carbon and recycling, NFLG has customized the whole set of production for the customer, which targeted to solve many problems such as complicated on-site construction and helped the customer to quickly realize the production.

The on-site NFLG new generation jaw crushing main engine is widely used for coarse, medium and fine crushing of ores. Compared with traditional jaw crushers, NFLG AS series jaw crushers show unique advantages in terms of crushing, stability and service life, and are well liked by customers. The matching NFLG multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher adopts full bearing design with less friction loss, higher speed and high capacity, which facilitates efficient production.

It is worth mentioning that the project's material crushing and screening processes are operated in an airtight environment. The dust emissions from the production are effectively collected. The jaw crusher and cone crusher share a set of induced draft fan and a pulse baghouse dust collector with a dust collection efficiency of more than 99.9%, which truly realizes green production.

With the rapid development of intelligence, the stationary crushing industry has also achieved a new change. In the central control room of the site, it concentrates the control operation interface of various equipment, central control main engine, control interface, and large screen to display the working condition of each equipment in real time, so that the traditional complex workflow that requires personnel to guard can be completed in the office instead. At the same time, in order to make the production more intelligent, the customer introduced an intelligent information management platform integrating sales management, production scheduling, technical management and material management to realize intelligent production.
