On September 24-26, "2021 National Bulk Cement Green Industry Innovation and Development (Hohhot) Forum", organized by China Bulk-cement Association of Popularization & Development (CBCA), was grandly held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. With the theme of technological innovation and integrated development, the forum was attended by more than 100 experts, industry association personnel and enterprise representatives from all over China. NFLG regional manager Wu Donghui was invited to attend the forum and give a keynote speech.

On the 25th, Mr. Wu gave a speech of "Exploring the value of mixing ecological chain from fine aggregates" in the forum. Wu said that sand and gravel are the most important and largest proportion of materials for various building materials mixing mixes. The proportion of sand in mortar can account for 75-80%, and sand is the key to the quality of finished concrete and mortar.

During the meeting, CBCA decided to set up the "Ready-mixed Mortar (Fujian) Key Laboratory" in NFLG in order to promote scientific and technological innovation in the industry and accelerate the R&D and application of new technologies and products.

In the morning of 26th, the organizer organized a field trip to NFLG customer company - Inner Mongolia Hangxiao Shengji Construction Technology Co., Ltd. Shengji Co. is located in Hohhot City, mainly engaged in concrete and new green building materials production and sales. At present, it has one set of NFLG LS3-1030 shaping and sand making plant and one set of FBT3000 dry mortar mixing plant.

At the site, the whole plant area has clean road surface, fresh air, no noise and dust pollution. The participants observed the NFLG S3 shaping and sand making plant and dry mortar mixing plant at close range. Through the explanation of the technical personnel and field inspection, the participants recognized the excellent performance of NFLG equipment.

The NFLG S3 shaping and sand making equipment in the plant is the first building-type fully environmental-friendly sand making equipment in Inner Mongolia. The NFLG S3 series aggregate shaping and sand making system, mainly using granite, limestone and other mining rocks as well as tailings gravel as raw materials, consists of vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, dust removal module, conveying module and other parts, realizing green, efficient and intelligent production.

The NFLG FBT3000 dry mortar mixing equipment in the plant is the largest one in Inner Mongolia at present. The equipment integrates sieving, measuring, mixing, packaging, bulking, dust removal and electrical control. The equipment adopts tower structure, which occupies less ground and has a reasonable layout. According to the users, compared with the previous on-site mixing mortar, the ready-mixed mortar has greatly improved and enhanced the quality of the product, which solved the problem of traditional mortar in the ratio of bad grasp of the proportion and affect the overall quality of the project.
