NFLG has more than 20 years of history in developing and manufacturing asphalt mixing plants. As early as 1999, NFLG manufactured the first asphalt mixing plant, and in 2004, the first Hot RAP Recycling Plant was delivered. After continuous R&D and innovation, by 2016 NFLG's new generation of integrated asphalt mixing plant successfully entered the market and won the favor of customers. The plant can achieve both the production of large percentage, high quality hot recycled and multi-species asphalt mix production, and high standard environmental protection emission.

The advanced structure of NFLG integrated asphalt mixing plant equipment can realize superior asphalt concrete recycling function. The equipment is improved on the basis of the traditional conventional primary attached recycling tower structure to realize the integrated design of primary and recycling. The installation cycle of the whole machine is 30% faster than that of ordinary models, saving installation time and enabling fast commissioning and production. In addition, through the integrated equipment design can also have a larger equipment walking channel. It is convenient and safe for staff to overhaul and maintain the machine.

NFLG integrated asphalt mixing plant, on the basis of the original recycling sub building + primary main building, updated structure design, to achieve a separate primary material production, up to 70% of the large percentage of added recycling mix production, small percentage of recycling cold central-plant recycling production, foamed recycling production, foam production and many other functions, a machine multi-purpose, to meet the production of more kinds of special formula needs of asphalt mixing. At the same time, it breaks the dilemma that the average central-plant recycling rate of domestic and foreign Hot RAP Recycling Plant is below 40%, to achieve a large proportion of hot recycling.

The materials of traditional asphalt mixing plant enter through a large angle chute at the side of the mixing tank, and the feeding time is about 10-15s due to the limitation of the chute, which is prone to blockage and sticky materials, affecting the production efficiency and quality.  The NFLG integrated asphalt mixing plant integrates the whole machine and the mixing cylinder is placed in the center of the plant, eliminating the chute and increasing the feeding speed of recycling material by 50%, and solving the series of problems such as sticky material, which is more suitable for efficient and high quality production.

The NFLG integrated asphalt mixing plant is environmentally friendly from the storage, conveying, heating, mixing and the discharge of asphalt and aggregates, effectively controlling the harmful fumes, dust and high energy consumption during the production process, providing an effective solution for asphalt mixture manufacturers who are facing pollution problems and meeting the national environmental emission standards.
