The typical configuration for common stone production line equipment generally employs two-stage and three-stage crushing processes. Most sand and gravel plants typically use a two-stage closed-loop process, where the first-stage crusher is in a closed circuit with screening equipment to ensure that the product size meets requirements and satisfies the demand for sand and gravel aggregates.
The conventional equipment configurations are mainly as follows:
