Bauma China 2016 Exhibition will be held in Shanghai, from November 22 to 25. This is an international exhibition for construction machinery, building machines, mining machines and construction vehicles.
NFLG will exhibit crusher, aggregate shaping machine, sand making machine, mixing plants, solid waste processing machine and some other newly-developed machines. Here, as the exhibition time is coming, we present you the products information for preview.
1）HZS180C high quality ready mix concrete mixing plant

2）Energy saving and high efficient 3000 type “naked-shaft” mixer
Newly developed high efficient 3000 type concrete“naked shaft” mixer is adopted for high performance ready mix concrete and wet mixing mortar production.
Highlights:
1.Naked twin spiral, less mixing arms creates exposed shaft, which avoids “shaft wrapped” problem
2.Mixing arm is coated with special wear layer, which prolongs the life time and reduces the running cost.
3.Big inner space, easy to maintenance
4.New technology spiral continuous cutter design increases the mixing speed sharply.
5.Innovated design of the anti-adhesive for sealing cover

3）Vertical planetary mixer（JN1500E、JN2000C2、JN3000C1）
Highlights:It adopts newly-design of counterflow planetary type (revolution+Bi-directional rotation) mixing method and unique integrated backward planetary gear box driving system, high efficient mixing, which can meet different concrete and advanced new proportion and untraditional aggregate mixing requirements. It is suitable for dry hard, half dry hard, plasticity concrete, different proportion concrete and mortar, as well as special concrete mixing and production.

Installation diary:
Today is the fifth day of NFLG exhibition product installation. The weather is good, a sunny day. NFLG installation team is full of energy, and the installation speed exceeds the expected. The main tower of the virginal asphalt mixing plant is installed, and the following is the lifting for hot recycling parts. And the installation of the mixing layer of dry mortar mixing plant mixing is already finished.
