From November 24 to 27, bauma CHINA 2020 Shanghai International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery, Construction Vehicles and Equipment Expo will kick off at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. At that time, NFLG will bring a full range of products in the engineering mixing field; equipment on-site live operation demonstrations, cloud service interactive experience, and mixing academy research and development results, and many other new products will be unveiled. As the exhibition is approaching, NFLG will show you the exhibition in advance.

Functional Overview

The equipment replaces the traditional bricklaying hot blast stove and innovatively adopts an all-steel double-layer jacket structure to ensure the full combustion of the inner fuel. The recovered flue gas is introduced into the outer layer to cool the temperature of the inner steel jacket, and is fully mixed with the combustion hot flue gas through the inner steel jacket to provide hot flue gas that meets the requirements of the end of use.


Characteristics of the equipment

All steel: instead of the traditional bricklaying structure, the inner furnace is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel 310S to avoid the masonry material from peeling off, prolong the service life and easy maintenance.

Double-layer runner structure: The inner furnace ensures full combustion of fuel, and the outer interlayer introduces recovered flue gas to cool the inner furnace and lower the temperature of the inner furnace.

Jacket structure of the inner furnace: the inner furnace adopts a jacket structure, so that the recovered flue gas of the outer layer and the combustion hot flue gas of the inner layer can be fully mixed.

Inner furnace end face air inlet structure: part of the recovered flue gas enters the interior of the furnace through the inner furnace end face porous plate structure, reducing the flame temperature, which is conducive to reducing NOx generation.

Multi-point temperature control early warning: Multi-point temperature sensors are arranged around the hot blast stove body, and a high temperature alarm function is set to ensure the normal production of the hot blast stove.

Functional Overview

The original down-flow heating method of the recycling drum is creatively changed to a higher thermal efficiency counter-flow heating method that is consistent with the virgin drum. The reclaimed material is heated to above 165 ℃ and the exhaust gas temperature is not too high to ensure the operating conditions of the equipment Normally, a higher proportion of old asphalt mixture can be added.

Characteristics of the equipment

Counter-flow heat exchange: The heated reclaimed asphalt mixture can quickly reach the required temperature, the heating efficiency is higher, and the heat utilization is more fully, reducing the VOC emission during the heating of the reclaimed asphalt mixture, in line with the current concept of energy saving and environmental protection.

New blade system: the core section is equipped with the latest recycled blade structure of the NFLG, which adopts the form of linear arrangement. The rake feeding blade with chain has certain cleaning function, and the spring plate feeding blade which is easy to maintain can improve the cleaning efficiency.

Drum with screen: Screen the heated recycled materials, remove the agglomerates of recycled materials that exceed the size of the screening hole, and ensure that the recycled materials of qualified size enter the next process.

Centralized lubrication system: Extend the service life of the equipment, improve the level of automation, greatly reduce the workload of the operator, realize fixed-point, timing, and quantitative lubrication to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.

Drum frequency conversion technology: By changing the drum speed as an adjustment method, it can fully ensure that the required aggregate temperature and the outlet flue gas temperature are within the set range to adapt to different working conditions.


Installation log

Today is the 8th day of the installation of the exhibits and equipment of the NFLG Bauma Exhibition. The weather in Shanghai is fine and the temperature is 12℃-18℃. After the safety morning meeting, the staff of the on-site installation team continued to install the recycling part of the asphalt integrated plant and the steel structure of the dry mortar mixing plant main building. The current work progress is smooth.
