Crossing the top of Tianshan Mountain — NFLG’s return visit to users in spring (Xinjiang station)

“Xinjiang is a place closest to the sky and farthest from the sea.”

The two local sayings of Xinjiang simply summarize the regional characteristics of Xinjiang, the northwest frontier of the motherland.

“The service distance is far away” and “The temperature difference between day and night is great”, which are difficult problems for the construction machinery industry to expand in Xinjiang region. In the middle of April 2018, minister of NFLG mobile crushing and screening division, Chen Liming led the mobile crushing and screening team to the beautiful Xinjiang at the foot of Tianshan Mountain, together with the regional marketing service team of Xinjiang, he visited Urumqi, Korla and Karamay in Xinjiang covered by NFLG’s mobile crushing and screening equipment. We solve the problem for the user in the practical application, listen to the user's voice in the work, and think about the next step to improve the service.

During this return visit to Xinjiang, the marketing and service agents in Xinjiang specially organized seminars for new and old users. In view of the problems found and solved during the return visit, we made technical explanation and report to the end user's boss, and put forward corresponding technical rectification and maintenance suggestions for each different working condition. Through on-the-spot visits-problems found-solutions proposed-submitted to the user's boss and other rigorous business processes, NFLG’s work style has won the user's approval.
